In short: CDL Pass Plan costs $19.99, paid once through PayPal — no subscription. Your plan arrives by email within 24 hours of payment, or you get a full refund on request. If you follow the plan and fail your permit test, email us within 30 days of the test and we refund you in full.
CDL Pass Plan (cdl.alphamf.com, the "Page") is operated by AlphaMF, Ben Tsiyon Blvd 14, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the Page or buying the plan you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
A personal study plan for the commercial driver's license (CDL) permit knowledge tests (General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Combination Vehicles, HazMat), built from the answers you give on the Page (which test, when it is, how you feel about it). The plan is sent to the email address you give us, as a link, for your personal use. The sample plan shown on the Page before you pay is an outline; the plan you receive is the full version.
2. Price and payment
The price is $19.99 (USD), one time. It is not a subscription and nothing is charged again. Payment is made through PayPal (with a PayPal account or a card, as PayPal offers). We never see or store your card or bank details. PayPal may convert the amount into your currency under its own terms.
3. Delivery: within 24 hours, or your money back
We email your plan within 24 hours of a successful payment. If it is not in your inbox (check the spam folder too) within 24 hours, reply to our email or write to michael@alphamf.com and we refund the full $19.99 on request.
4. Pass guarantee
If you follow the plan and do not pass your CDL permit test, email michael@alphamf.com within 30 days of the test date and we refund the full $19.99. This works on the honour system: no proof is required beyond that email.
5. Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment through PayPal, normally within 5 business days of your request; your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. Nothing in these terms limits any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.
6. Not an official source
CDL Pass Plan is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation or any state's DMV or licensing agency. Always check your state's official CDL manual and testing rules.
7. Results
Studying helps, but we cannot promise that you will pass any test — that is why the pass guarantee above exists. Nothing on the Page or in the plan is legal advice or professional driving instruction.
8. Changes and contact
We may change or take down the Page at any time; a plan you already paid for is still delivered or refunded. If we change these terms, we will update the date above; the terms shown when you paid apply to your purchase. Questions: michael@alphamf.com.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
